Leading our staff is renowned Chef Ted Jung. Chef Ted has a strong industry background, and he left his mark on some of Las Vegas’ most well-known and high-profile restaurants. His innovative flair for seafood cuisine has earned him a stellar reputation and the devoted following of even the most discriminating pallets.
Now at Pier 215, he has created a menu everyone can enjoy, at price points that also please the palate.
Chef Ted sharpened his outstanding tastes as the Master Sushi Chef at the highly acclaimed restaurant Nobu in Caesars Palace and the Yellowtail Sushi Restaurant and Bar at Bellagio.
